I have access to over 30 lenders. This includes monoline lenders, private lenders, and credit unions as well as major banks. I will shop the ideal rates and terms for your unique situation
Do I have to pay you?
For standard residential mortgages, You do not pay me anything. I get paid by the lender but work for you.
If there is a unique situation where we need a non-standard (commercial or private financing) deal, we will let you know right away and show you any fees.
Is working with you faster than a bank?
Yes. You work directly with me to find avoid beaurocracy and also get access to faster options than traditional banks
